Yes. GST, stamp duty, registration, advocate fee and the possession charges are extra, as listed in the price list notes. Prices can change without notice and there is no escalation for a booked shop.
The price list shows IFMS at Rs 100 per sq ft and maintenance at Rs 10 per sq ft per month, with two years paid in advance, charged at possession.
A DG set gives 100% automatic power backup. The 3 KVA connection is charged at possession (Rs 75,000); extra backup is Rs 25,000 per KVA and extra meter load is Rs 15,000 per kW.
