The price list effective 15-05-2026 gives basic sale price per sq ft of: Second floor Rs 21,490; First floor Rs 23,490; Upper ground floor Rs 28,490; Lower ground floor Rs 26,490. GST and other charges are extra.
The payment plan is 60:40: 60% of the total cost value at booking and 40% of the total cost value plus other charges on offer of possession.
Yes. The Galleria is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ418328 (promoter: AIS Developer LLP). The building plan is approved by the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA/BP/22-23/0857 dated 20-09-2022). You can verify the registration at up-rera.in/projects.

The rates are basic sale price (BSP) per sq ft of saleable area. External electrification, fire-fighting and infrastructure development charges are Rs 600 per sq ft each. Preferential location charges apply to some shops. GST, stamp duty, registration and possession charges are extra.
At possession the price list shows power backup (3 KVA) Rs 75,000, a dual electric meter with 5 kW load Rs 75,000, IFMS Rs 100 per sq ft and maintenance Rs 10 per sq ft per month with two years paid in advance.

Both carpet area and saleable area are listed for every shop. Prices are charged on saleable area. Areas are tentative and may vary by +/-3%.
The Galleria is registered with UP RERA as a commercial (retail shop) project. Rules for clinics, pharmacies and professional practices depend on the profession and the authority concerned, so please confirm the permitted use for your practice before you book.
