What we collect
- Details you give us: name, mobile number, email address (optional), the type of space you are interested in, and the page or form you used.
- Technical and campaign details: the page you were on, the first page of your visit, the page that referred you, campaign tags in the link you clicked (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), advertising click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid), your IP address and browser details.
- Your consent record: the wording you agreed to and the date and time you agreed.

Why we use it
- To contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about The Galleria, send the price list, brochure or floor plans you asked for, and arrange a site visit.
- To measure whether our advertising works and to match your enquiry to the ad you clicked. Browser cookies and pixels for this are used only if you accept advertising cookies. Hashed contact details are shared with Google and Meta only if you tick the consent box on a form, which says so.
- To keep the website secure, stop spam and fix faults.
- To meet legal obligations.
We process your enquiry details on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on our forms. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@aisdeveloper.com. Withdrawal does not affect what we did before you withdrew.
Who receives your data
- Our sales team and service providers: our web hosting provider (which also holds the lead database), our email service, Google Sheets (our lead register), DigiExplorer (our CRM) and Privyr (lead follow-up). They receive the details you give on a form so that we can contact you.
- Google (Analytics and Ads). With your cookie consent, Google receives page-view and conversion signals. If you submit a form, your email address and phone number may be sent to Google in hashed (one-way encrypted) form for conversion measurement (“enhanced conversions”), and, where you have consented, a hashed list may be used for Google Customer Match.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram). With your cookie consent, Meta Pixel sets the cookies
_fbpand_fbc. When you submit a form, our server may send Meta your hashed email, hashed phone number, IP address and browser details through the Conversions API so that Meta can match the enquiry to an ad. - Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your data. Some providers (such as Google and Meta) may process data outside India under their own terms.

Until you choose, advertising and analytics storage stay switched off (Google Consent Mode).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless the law requires us to keep them longer or you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You may ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, correct or complete it, erase it, or stop contacting you, and you may nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Write to info@aisdeveloper.com; we will reply within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is constituted.

We limit access to lead data, use encrypted connections and keep the lead database outside public web folders. We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
