The Galleria is on Plot CP-4/32, Sector-4, Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow 226010. It is directly connected with Amar Shaheed Path*. We measured road distances from the plot on Google Maps on 3 October 2026:

- Ekana Cricket Stadium: 4.1 km, about 9 min
- Phoenix Palassio: 3.9 km, about 9 min
- Lulu Mall: 7.6 km, about 15 min

What is being built
The Galleria is a retail and commercial complex of four levels (Lower Ground, Upper Ground, First and Second) in two wings, with 308 shops. Saleable areas run from 136.80 sq ft to 1,036.49 sq ft. The specification includes basement car parking (250+ basement car parking*), a landscaped plaza with a water body, a DG set giving 100% automatic power backup and a provision for HVAC. - Building plan LDA/BP/22-23/0857 dated 20-09-2022, Lucknow Development Authority.
- The official price list effective 15-05-2026: basic price Rs 21,490 to Rs 28,490 per sq ft by level, and a 60:40 payment plan. GST and other charges are extra.
- When we checked on 3 October 2026 the RERA portal showed no complaints against the promoter or the project.
Who it suits
The unit sizes and the neighbourhood location suit retail shops and brand outlets, doctors’ clinics and pharmacies, chambers for CAs, advocates and other professionals, and MSME and FMCG businesses. Please confirm that a commercial (retail shop) unit is permitted for your kind of business before you book.
